2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely for legitimate purposes related to the operations of the platform:

Managing and securing your account.
Displaying your collector profile and public collections to other users.
Facilitating local trades and sales (publicly displaying city and state/region).
Automating address entry using address retrieval APIs (such as ViaCEP for Brazil).
Sending system emails (such as welcoming messages and password recovery instructions).

3. Public Visibility of Data

You control what is shared publicly on the platform:

Required Visibility: Your username, city, state/region, reputation score, and miniatures you add to the general public catalog are always visible.
Optional Visibility: Your contact email and WhatsApp link will only be displayed on your profile if you grant explicit consent in your profile privacy settings.
Confidential Data: Encrypted password, exact residential address (street name, house/apartment number), and Zip/Postal code are **never** shown to other users or sold to third parties.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Minhas Minis does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information in the following necessary circumstances:

Service Providers: Email delivery providers (sending welcome messages) and payment/donation processors (such as Mercado Pago), sharing only the data strictly required to complete the transactions.
Legal Compliance: In response to legal warrants, subpoenas, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of the service and its users under applicable laws.

5. Data Security

We adopt technical measures to keep your information secure:

All passwords are encrypted in our database using secure hashing algorithms (bcrypt).
We use secure connections (HTTPS) to encrypt data traffic between your browser and our servers.
However, please note that no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We strongly recommend that you use a strong, unique password for your account.

6. Your Rights and Account Deletion

Permanently delete your account through the "Danger Zone" in your profile settings. By doing this, all your personal data and collections will be deleted from our database with no possibility of recovery. Miniatures contributed to the general public catalog will be anonymized.
