2. The Minhas Minis Service

Minhas Minis is an independent platform that provides tools for diecast collectors, including:

• Cataloging personal miniature collections.
• Accessing a collaboratively-built general miniature catalog.
• Social interaction with other collectors through public profiles, friend lists, and internal chat.
• A showcase where users can mark items in their collections as "For Sale" or "For Trade," facilitating direct contact between parties.

3. Your User Account and Location Information

When creating your account, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information.

Privacy and Local Transactions: To facilitate local trades and sales in your area, general information such as your city and state/region will be visible on your public profile. Sensitive data, such as your full street address and house/apartment number, will remain protected and will not be shared with the public.

4. User Content and Conduct

Your Content, Your Responsibility: You retain all rights to the photos, text, and information you publish on the site ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights (such as copyright on photos taken from other websites or creators without authorization).

License of Use to Minhas Minis: By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content **solely for the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Minhas Minis Service**. This allows us, for example, to display your miniature in the general catalog or in a featured gallery.

Contributions to the Catalog: By registering a new miniature in the general catalog, you understand that this information becomes part of a collaborative database. Technical information and text descriptions (except for your original photos) may be edited by our moderation team to ensure data accuracy and quality for the entire community.

Rules of Conduct: It is strictly forbidden to publish content or engage in activities that are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, spam, or that promote hatred or discrimination. Failure to follow these rules may result in the immediate deletion of your account.

5. Transactions Between Users (No Fees and No Intermediation)

Minhas Minis operates purely as a **showcase** that connects collectors, but **does not participate in, intermediate, retain payments for, or take responsibility for** any transactions, sales, purchases, or trades made between users.

• No Commissions: We do not charge any fees or commissions on transactions displayed or arranged through our site.
• All communication, negotiations, payments, and shipping logistics are the sole responsibility of the users involved.
• We offer no guarantees regarding the physical condition, authenticity, or shipping of the items listed, nor the trustworthiness of the parties involved.
• Security Alert: We strongly advise users to take precautions. Do not make advance payments without using secure payment platforms with buyer protection. Whenever possible, prioritize local, in-person meetings in safe, public places.

6. Moderators and Supporters

• Moderators (Contributors/Admins): The site relies on the help of voluntary moderators to maintain the quality of the catalog. They act on behalf of the community to organize the miniature listings and do not have an employment relationship with the platform.
• Supporting the Project: Minhas Minis is maintained through voluntary donations. Contributions made via PIX, Mercado Pago, or other options are used exclusively for server maintenance and continuous platform development. These donations are non-refundable and do not guarantee any commercial privileges, being a voluntary act of support for the community. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time by the user directly in their Mercado Pago dashboard.

7. Intellectual Property of the Platform

Excluding User Content, all other aspects of the Service, including the official logo, page design, layout, and software code, are the exclusive property of Minhas Minis and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Modification and Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be violating any of these Terms, or if we receive substantiated reports of scams or misconduct in negotiations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Minhas Minis shall not be held liable for any financial losses, missing products, scams, or any direct or indirect damages arising from commercial transactions or interactions established between the users of the site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
